If you are choosing free colleciton, items are collected in store at Simply Vibrant - 63 Seaforth Road L21 3TX. Collection is available Monday to Saturday.

Your order will not be ready straight away as some items are made to order. You will recieve an email once your order is ready for collection.

Items must be collected within 3 months of ordering. If you do not collect, your order will be cancelled and a refund will not be given.

If you are paying on collection then your order must be collected within 1 week of ordering. If you do not collect, your order will be cancelled and the item(s) will be relisted. If you need longer to collect then just let me know when ordering.
